Organisation & background
eBrigade Technologies SAS is based in Paris. It has a substantial install base, used mainly by civil-security, humanitarian and NGO field-response organisations such as Protection Civile.
Functionality
eBrigade is a French SaaS platform for coordinating field-based volunteer and paid teams in civil-security associations, humanitarian groups running street outreach and food distribution, NGO field missions and local emergency reserves. Profiles mix volunteer and paid staff, with configurable ranks and hierarchies and scheduling rules enforced automatically. Qualification tracking flags upcoming expiries, and members update their availability in a mobile app, which feeds team mobilisation by SMS with response tracking. Emergency protocols guide scenario-based responses, an offline-capable module supports street outreach, and donations can be recorded with tax receipts.
Localised features
Generates the standard French tax-deductible donation receipt, Cerfa form 11580, France’s standard government form-numbering system, automatically, reflecting France’s 66% or 75% deduction rates depending on donation type. Membership dues can be collected through HelloAsso, a popular French payment platform for associations.
Implementation model
Self-service: An instance is created immediately on sign-up with no server or installation step; an optional paid “Option Coaching eBrigade” adds a dedicated référent.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor within the EU, with an option for certified health-data hosting for organisations handling health data in the field.
