Organisation & background
Auditus Sistemas Ltda, based in Balneário Rincão, Brazil, is part of the Dhakar Capital startup-studio group, although the vendor’s site uses the name ‘Grupo Sector’. It launched in 2019.
Functionality
Auditus is a donor-management and financial-accountability platform for Brazilian nonprofits (ONG), aimed at helping smaller organisations professionalise their record-keeping and reporting. Its CRM holds people, users and donors, organised by family, project and location. The financial module covers payables and receivables, receipts, automatic bank reconciliation and budget planning, and produces accountability reports by project, cost centre and funder for Brazil’s public-partnership law, with data passed directly to the organisation’s accountant. A branded donation page accepts card, Pix and boleto gifts, and a public transparency portal publishes financial disclosures.
Localised features
Compliance reporting is positioned explicitly against Brazil’s Lei 13.019/2014, or MROSC, the law governing partnerships between government and civil-society organisations. A CEBAS-tracking tool, tied to Brazil’s charitable-entity certification for tax benefits, covers education-sector certification requirements, alongside card, Pix and boleto donation collection.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by Auditus through a four-stage guided onboarding and training programme. A separate partner programme lets accountants use the platform to support their own nonprofit clients.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor.
