Mysoft AB (Sweden) / Mysoft AS (Norway) has built CRM solutions for trade unions, interest organisations and fundraising organisations across Norway and Sweden since 1990. It was acquired by fellow Swedish vendor Multisoft in 2025.
Functionality
Mysoft Dynamics 365 is a Dynamics 365 and SharePoint-based CRM that Mysoft custom-builds, using a base version that already covers most of a typical customer’s needs before further tailoring. It brings member administration, course/training and activity management, case handling, donor administration and financial management into one shared database, gives fundraising teams a unified donor ‘customer card’ with built-in Microsoft Customer Insight, AI-based search and Power BI reporting, supports RCS-based interactive donor messaging, and automates direct-debit processing and bookkeeping with SIE file export.
Localised features
Exports SIE files, Sweden’s standard accounting-file format, to Swedish accounting systems. It’s described as GDPR-secure, though specific data-subject-rights tooling isn’t detailed, and was developed specifically for the Nordic union/interest-organisation market rather than adapted from a generic build.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor. Projects start with joint scoping and a base version covering 60 to 80% of the eventual functionality, refined during the project, with 8 to 12 projects delivered each year across Norway and Sweden.
Hosting
Vendor-hosted SaaS or self-hosted; the Svensk Sjuksköterskeförening deployment, for example, is cloud-hosted.
