Functionality
Cegid Jasmin is a cloud invoicing and business-management platform, marketed in Portugal to associations, foundations and social-solidarity institutions, with member and dues tracking set up through custom fields. It supports digital, electronic and paper invoices in several currencies and languages, recurring invoicing, expense capture from receipt photos, and online payment options for collecting dues. A financial dashboard can be shared with the board or treasurer, users have role-based access, associated organisations can share master data across companies, and an external accountant can be given access.
Localised features
Certified Portuguese invoicing, Faturação Certificada pela AT, Portugal’s certified e-invoicing standard, the CIUS-PT e-invoice format, ATCUD document codes and AT document-series communication with the tax authority. Pre-configured Portuguese tax tables and a certified-partner network span Portugal, Spain, Angola, Mozambique, and Cabo Verde.
