Organisation & background
Chabad Suite is an independent product, not part of the Togetherwork/Shulware group. It is built on CiviCRM, an open-source constituent-relationship-management system, and is aimed specifically at Chabad Shluchim (emissary) organisations rather than general synagogues.
Functionality
Chabad Suite integrates a CRM (built on the open-source CiviCRM), a website builder, and fundraising tools in one system for Chabad houses. The CRM tracks contacts and households, consolidates combined household giving, records event registrations and website form submissions as activities, and supports customisable financial types for different income streams (dues, donations, campaign contributions). Website forms and donation pages sync directly into the CRM, and email sign-ups add contacts to mailing groups automatically.

Vendor-assisted onboarding is offered to help new customers get started, with extended support packages available.

Not stated on the vendor’s site; presumed cloud-hosted by Shulware given common ownership.
