Konsors is a small French vendor targeting sports clubs and associations. Development began in 2020, co-developed with real sports-club customers.
Functionality
Konsors is an all-in-one club/association management platform for French sports clubs and associations, positioned as a direct spreadsheet replacement. The Adhérents/licenciés module tracks members and licence-holders with online self-service renewal and payment history, and a dedicated Sponsors et partenaires module gives a CRM-style pipeline for sponsor prospecting and automated follow-up. Événements covers creation, automated RSVP invitations and waitlists, Facturation et comptabilité handles partner invoicing and overdue alerts, Stocks tracks equipment, and member communication runs by email and SMS.
Localised features
Automatically generates official French CERFA, France’s standard government form-numbering system, format invoicing documents. Data is stated to be stored on the vendor’s own servers located in France, and RGPD, the French name for GDPR, compliance is positioned as an included service the vendor absorbs on the association’s behalf.
