KLUBS BV, a Belgian vendor based in Wijnegem, was incorporated in 2020. It says the product grew out of several associations’ own needs; acquisition history and customer numbers aren’t disclosed.
Functionality
KLUBS is a membership and activity-management platform for Belgian associations, clubs, federations and corporate membership programmes, also offered white-label to agencies. It covers self-service member profiles, status tracking, corporate members, and membership periods, types and renewals, plus activity planning with attendance, waiting lists and non-member registration. A webshop, surveys and voting, room reservations, bar-consumption tracking and a digital general meeting tool are included. Federations use a layered structure in which each member association or chapter is configured independently. Administrator roles, accounting integration and API data exchange are also supported.
Localised features
Interface available in Dutch, English and French, with accounting integrations spanning double- and single-entry bookkeeping and an invoicing gateway to further accounting packages. Payment processing runs through named providers, with Okta-based single sign-on.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor through an implementation wizard and planning process, with onboarding and training included.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor through Combell, a Belgian provider, with data kept in the EU.
