hangel STK is operated by hangel teknoloji ve sosyal etki A.Ş., a Turkish technology company founded in 2024. It’s a very young, free product sitting alongside a broader consumer-facing donor and volunteer marketplace app.
Functionality
hangel STK is a free, integrated NGO management panel distinguishing itself through a transparency-scoring index, shopping-to-donation cashback, and skills-based volunteer-matching, rather than depth of core CRM/accounting functionality. An NGO uploads legal documents and activity reports to receive an automatically calculated 0–100 transparency score displayed publicly. Commission-routed cashback from partner-brand shopping funds the organisation at no cost to the shopper, and percentage-match scoring pairs volunteer applicants with postings, with bulk approval/rejection and CSV export. Monthly auto-generated ‘impact certificates’ combine donations, volunteer hours and a computed social-impact value, and a continuously refreshed grant/fund-matching feature scans hundreds of funders and drafts application text.
Localised features
KVKK, Turkey’s data-protection law, compliant data processing on Google Cloud/Firebase, with two-factor authentication and end-to-end-encrypted communication. Carries a Turkey-specific transparency-index trust badge. All reviewed material is Turkish-language and Turkish-Lira-only.
