Organisation & background
Good Technologies Ltd, trading as GoodCRM, is based in Manchester and was incorporated in 2018. It’s positioned toward arts, culture, heritage and small charities rather than general fundraising.
Functionality
GoodCRM is a CRM for small and mid-sized arts, culture and heritage charities. Its base layer covers people and organisations, custom fields and tags, forms and segments, and further modules are installed as needed: donations, trusts and foundations, memberships, ticketing, activity, monitoring and evaluation, and case management. Record Forms let administrators build their own forms and collect responses against contact records. Access is split between admin and standard users.
Localised features
Gift Aid declarations are automatically captured as part of the donation flow. It’s positioned specifically toward UK arts, culture, heritage and small-charity sectors, reflected in a dedicated Monitoring & Evaluation module rather than a formal outcomes-instrument library.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor (onboarding begins with a paid Diagnostic Session, followed by personalised onboarding and implementation support). Some independent charity-data consultancies list GoodCRM among the platforms they support.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor.
