Functionality
GRÜN VEWA is a membership, donation and seminar-management family (the VEWA7 desktop and eVEWA web editions) built around one guiding design principle: any given address should exist only once in the system even if that person is simultaneously a member, a donor, a seminar participant and a committee chair. On top of that shared record sit tiered and rule-based dues calculation, automated receipting and thank-you processing, legacy and court-fine (Bußgeld) administration, and a three-tier reporting stack running from fixed printed reports up to an ad-hoc Business Intelligence module with its own KPI-formula generator and drag-and-drop dashboards.
Localised features
Individual and collective Zuwendungsbestätigungen, donation receipts, plus Bußgeldwesen, court-fine donation, handling. Over 30 optional German-market-specific add-on modules are available, with named accounting-system interfaces to Diamant Software, FibuNet, DATEV, Lexware, Sage, and SAP FI, and other systems configurable on request.
Implementation model
Delivered by the vendor’s own team, via GRÜN’s own agile or classic project methodology. A third-party comparison site (crmsystem.de) notes implementation timelines can run to several months.
Hosting
You can choose: vendor-hosted (SaaS) or self-hosted. GRÜN’s own data centre in Aachen, Germany, with tiered daily, weekly and monthly backups.
