Euna Grants

Organisation & background

Euna Grants is offered by Euna Solutions (formerly GTY Technology Holdings), rebranded from eCivis in 2023 (though ‘eCivis’ remains the name used internally in the product and across most third-party listings).

Functionality

Euna Grants, also known as eCivis, is a cloud grants management platform for US government agencies, built around federal grant rules. One system handles both sides of a grant: an agency can manage the grants it receives, tracking Uniform Guidance compliance and reporting cycles, while also running its own funding programmes for local governments and nonprofits through a grantee portal. Grantors issue competitive solicitations or direct awards, and applicants submit itemised budgets, including in-kind match, becoming subrecipients once an award is accepted. Subrecipient award management, monitoring and closeout run through the same system.

Localised features

Purpose-built for US government grants compliance, and used by multiple state governments as a mandated statewide grants system.

Implementation model

Delivered directly by Euna. State-level customers describe centrally managed, agency-by-agency rollouts with Euna staff involved.

Hosting

Cloud-hosted by the vendor.
