Eudonet CRM

Organisation & background

Eudonet, based in Courbevoie, France, was founded in 2000 and is both the software publisher and its own implementation integrator. It has a large customer base on its charity-sector edition, with independently named users including Médecins Sans Frontières, Child Focus and Fondation Bordeaux Université.

Functionality

Eudonet CRM is a French CRM for associations, foundations, NGOs and cultural institutions, marketed as a European-hosted alternative to non-European platforms. Its generic record model covers contacts, organisations, donations and events, each with configurable tabs and typed fields, cascading catalogues, and Datamart reporting views for donors and volunteers. The foundations edition handles donors, patrons and volunteers, and a GiveXpert connector brings in online donations. An advanced form builder controls field visibility, Marketing Automation can trigger from form submissions, and EudoStore adds extensions such as SIRENE company lookup and Cision press-contact enrichment.

Localised features

Cerfa-style reçus fiscaux, tax receipts, are configurable per legal entity, with language and person-type settings. Includes SIRENE, France’s business-registration number, lookup, SEPA, the European standard for direct debits and bank transfers, mandate lifecycle tied to French/EU rails, CNIL, France’s data-protection authority, tracking-pixel consent guidance built into campaign settings, and a GiveXpert digital-fundraising connector.

Implementation model

Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: Eudonet is both publisher and its own integrator; several capabilities are gated behind direct engagement with an Eudonet project or account manager.

Hosting

Cloud-hosted by the vendor, hosted in France, with a separate Québec-based sovereign hosting option for Canadian customers.
