Organisation & background
Insoft S.r.l., founded in 2003 in Tavagnacco, in Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, is a regional software house serving several hundred public and private structures.
Functionality
DATASAN SOCIALIS is a case-management system for Italian municipal social services, built for both the commissioning public body and the delivering social cooperative. It covers citizen intake and the formal case file from first contact onward, household and family-unit management, service planning and authorisation with digital or handwritten tablet signatures, spending-commitment and administrative-act tracking, budget and spend monitoring, and staff caseload scheduling, all inside one environment rather than split between casework and back-office systems. A dedicated field app supports home-based needs assessment, and business-intelligence reporting sits on top for service-level analysis.
Localised features
Deep, named integration with Italy’s national social-security and registry infrastructure: INPS for ISEE means-testing import/export, ANPR, the national population registry, CSI, another Italian social-registry system, and SIUSS, Italy’s national social-services information system. It also directly integrates with InSoft’s own SPID-enabled, Italy’s public digital-identity system, citizen benefits portal, Bandi.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: B2G, tender-procured sales to public bodies.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor.
