Organisation & background
CRM4NGO is a small Polish vendor serving the domestic market, whose founders describe several years of work with third-sector organisations. Its marketing site shows little sign of recent updates, though a co-owner remains active in the sector.
Functionality
CRM4NGO is a donor and campaign database for Polish public-benefit organisations, organised around six named modules covering the full donor-management cycle. A shared contacts database lets one person hold multiple roles at once (donor, volunteer, company owner) with correspondence history visible against the record. A donation log covers financial, in-kind and 1.5%-designation gifts, and campaigns, tasks and projects track which donors took part and how they responded. Correspondence tooling supports mail-merge and donation-type-specific thank-you templates (one-off, recurring, in-memory), bank-statement and micropayment import removes manual entry, and reports segment donors by frequency, size, gender and origin.
Localised features
Tracks Poland’s 1.5% tax-designation donations as a distinct donation type, with bank-statement and micropayment import for the Polish market, unlike CRM-NGO’s PayU integration.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: Quote-based; scope covers requirements analysis, system modification, go-live, training and support through the first week of use.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor (a web application).
