Yhdistysavain.fi has been awarded Finland’s Avainlippu (‘Key Flag’) domestic-production mark. A related sibling product, Yhdistystieto, has been discontinued, with its users redirected here. Named customers include Jyväskylän Puutarhaseura and Äänekosken Urheilijat.
Functionality
Yhdistysavain.fi is a web tool for Finnish local associations and clubs that combines a website builder, a member register and expense-reimbursement handling, with organisations using only the parts they need. The register supports custom member fields, member groups with their own email addresses, Excel import, and requests for members to check and update their details. An edit history and two-factor authentication for main administrators are included, along with a digital membership card sent by SMS, expense claims submitted by phone, and a booking calendar for facilities and equipment.
Localised features
Named partnerships with TueTiimiä.fi, club fundraising, Creamailer, email marketing, and Suomisport, a Finnish sports-club service platform, rather than deep native functionality in those areas.
Implementation model
Self-service. Instant, no-commitment sign-up onto a free starter package. A federation-level discount and training arrangement exists via at least one national body, Suomen Lions-liitto.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor: A web-based service; hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure per DNS records.
