Functionality
TP FONS is a Finnish cloud CRM for nonprofit fundraising and volunteer management, in which one contact can hold donor, volunteer, subscriber and prospect roles at once rather than sitting in separate lists. Web forms for donations, event registration and general enquiries update or create contact records on submission, with built-in deduplication. Donations arrive through several channels and are routed to designated causes or funds, with workflows for thanking and reactivating donors. Volunteer recruitment and quality-management tools are also included.
Localised features
One customer uses TP FONS data for reporting to Finland’s Ministry of Education and Culture under the vapaa sivistystyö adult and civic-education legislation.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: Marketed as a “fully managed and turnkey” service with guided onboarding and training.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor (marketed directly by the vendor as a CRM “pilvipalvelu”, i.e. cloud service, since 2000). The vendor’s own general “banking-level” security claim is not backed by a named certification.
