Functionality
VEROWA is a specialist scheduling tool for Swiss parishes, built to centralise every church event, external room rental and blackout period in one place, so a single change (a moved service, a booked room) is reflected automatically on the parish website, printed bulletin, and reception-screen display alike. Its data model distinguishes three colour-coded event types with a four-part time model (event, occupancy, set-up/clean-up, blackout) and automatic tight-changeover warnings, alongside duty-roster and volunteer deployment-planning modules, online course/event registration with waitlisting, and person records that archive rather than delete departing members.
Localised features
A daily automatic one-way import from KiKartei is available, and hosting is in Switzerland.
