Zimma Ltd, trading as Ticket Tailor, is based in London and was founded in 2011 by Jonny White. It’s bootstrapped and independently owned, and a certified B Corp, with a large global user base.
Functionality
Ticket Tailor is a self-service ticketing platform for event organisers of any size, with a dedicated offer for charities. Events sit within a box office, with ticket types that support dependencies, access codes and tiered pricing, and a seating-chart builder handles reserved seating. Payments pass straight through Stripe, PayPal or Square to the organiser, so Ticket Tailor never holds the revenue. Organisers manage orders and check attendees in at the door.
Localised features
UK charities, B Corps and PTAs can register for discounted terms, and EU customer data is hosted in Dublin on AWS eu-west-1.
