MaCotisation, based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, was founded in 2016 and launched in 2017. It began as a payment-collection tool before broadening, and has a large base of client associations.
Functionality
MaCotisation is an all-in-one platform for French associations, covering membership, donations, events and an online shop. Its contact database supports custom fields, and membership forms handle tiered pricing and automated invoicing. Online donation campaigns generate tax receipts automatically, and a general-meeting module handles online notices and proxy voting. Ticketing prices by member status, statistics summarise activity, and accounting is provided through a partnership with Macompta.fr. Unlimited administrator accounts are available.
Localised features
Automated fiscal-receipt generation for donations. The Macompta.fr accounting partnership offers a choice of French cash-basis or accrual-basis accounting, plus VAT handling.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: Every customer is personally assigned a dedicated account manager for onboarding, migration and ongoing support.
