Infodons is sold by Constant Software Systems srl, a small Belgian vendor based in Herve, Wallonia. It is on its fifth major version and has been maintained for many years.
Functionality
Infodons is a donor and donation-administration tool for small and mid-sized Belgian associations, organised into an address directory, donation and payment management, and tax-certificate production. Donations are entered manually or in bulk from CODA or Excel files and reconciled against the receiving bank accounts, with a daily report by account and bank accounts restricted to named people. Donor records can’t be deleted while donations are attached, a subject-access report shows what is held on each donor, record changes log the date, time and author, and basic selective email is included.
Localised features
Produces Belgian donor tax certificates in all three national languages, with direct electronic submission to Belcotax. From income year 2025, certificates must carry the BCE company-registry number.
Implementation model
Self-service: Sold directly as licensed desktop/network software.
Hosting
Vendor-hosted or self-hosted: the base product is a Windows network application, and the optional CSS Managed Cloud extension hosts the database on a remote server in a Belgian data centre.
