Functionality
HYB is a full back-office ERP for Brazilian nonprofits, going well beyond a typical donor CRM to cover accounting, HR, assets and several sector-specific service areas in one system. Separate registries track beneficiaries, volunteers, members, donors and fundraisers, with billing and receipting that reconciles automatically once a payment is confirmed. A dedicated payments module accepts boleto, card and Pix across Brazil’s major banks, and a full accounting layer produces the specific statements Brazilian nonprofits are required to file. Optional modules extend the system into education, healthcare, social-assistance and library service delivery, generating the government-formatted reports those sectors require.
Localised features
Tracks compliance with MROSC, Lei 13.019/2014, with public accountability disclosure through a bundled organisational website. Supports reporting in the formats of BPA, a Brazilian outpatient health-reporting format, and SUS, Brazil’s public health system, and registers assets automatically from imported NF-e electronic invoices.
Implementation model
Self-service with guided remote onboarding: four to eight sessions with a specialist consultant, while the client’s own staff carry out the configuration.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor in a Brazilian Tier III data centre with N+1 redundancy.
