DernekWeb is operated by Basamak Bilişim, based in Gaziantep with an Ankara office, trading since 2017. It has a substantial number of active users, including some government-institution customers, and holds registered trademark and design protection for the brand.
Functionality
DernekWeb is a Turkish platform combining a public organisational website, built on its own content-management system, with a panel for member, dues and donation administration. A single CRM panel covers members, donors and volunteers with detailed filtering. Dues are collected online by card through PayTR and iyzico with automatic overdue reminders, and the donation module records every gift automatically, replacing manual receipt and bank-slip tracking, with reporting by donor. Members use an Android and iOS app with push notifications, and websites can run in any number of languages for diaspora or international members.
Localised features
Converts income and expense entries into the notary-compliant İşletme Hesap Defteri, the operating-account ledger, and supports a digital Karar Defteri, the board-decision ledger, with print output ready for notary certification.
