Functionality
Cura Fundraising is a donor-relationship and fundraising CRM for Swiss nonprofits that rely on donations. Donors are recorded as people, families, companies or organisations, with a full activity history. QR-bill generation and reconciliation link each donation back to the right donor and campaign, including invoices shared between two campaigns on one mailing. Thank-you letters and tax receipts are generated in the system, Swiss Post checks keep addresses up to date, and fundraisers work from a personal task list.
Localised features
PostFinance and Swiss-bank reconciliation via QR-bill and payment-exchange files, with Direct Debit/LSV+, an older Swiss direct-debit system, support. Door-to-door integrations exist with EMIKA and Wesser, plus RaiseNow and Payrexx online-donation integration, and Swiss Post’s QSTAT address-freshness checking.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by Cura as a private-cloud service that includes hosting and support, with training and data migration provided as needed.
