Functionality
ClubDesk is an all-in-one association-management platform for Vereine, bundling member/contact management, a website builder, invoicing and accounting, donation management, a calendar and document management into six modules included at every pricing tier, including the free one. Its defining mechanic is live data linkage. The website, calendar and member records share one underlying database, so a moved fixture or a changed phone number updates everywhere at once with no duplicate manual entry. A tight donation-to-receipt pipeline, Swiss QR-bill invoicing, and a choice of cash-book, income/expense or full double-entry bookkeeping round out the offering.
Localised features
Swiss DSG, data-protection law, compliance with an automatically concluded data-processing agreement, and data hosted in a Swiss data centre. Supports the Swiss QR-bill and TWINT, a Swiss mobile-payment app, through RaiseNow. Endorsed by Swiss sector federations including Swiss Sailing and Swiss Gymnastics.
