Organisation & background
ATM Grupo Maggioli was formed in 2020 when ATM DOS and INFAPLIC merged with Italy’s Gruppo Maggioli, and merged further with Galileo IngenierĂa y Servicios, based in the Canary Islands, in 2022. Servicios Sociales is one module in its much larger catalogue of Spanish local-government software, covering tax, payroll and registries.
Functionality
ATM Grupo Maggioli’s Servicios Sociales is a platform for Spanish local-authority social services to manage resources assigned to people who are vulnerable or at risk of social exclusion. Case files can be mapped by exclusion-risk zone, and assigned resources are tracked against objectives using performance indicators. Caseworkers can follow up by video call through a Virtual Assistance module, and a mobile app connects technicians with the people they support. Clinical classification uses WHO CIF and CIE-10 coding. The vendor describes an AI module that forecasts vulnerability situations from historical data, but publishes no detail on its method.
Localised features
Uses CIF/CIE-10 WHO-coded clinical classification and supports recognition under Spain’s Ley de Dependencia, Dependency Law. States integration with SIUSS and SEGISS, Spain’s regional social-services information systems, and regional historia-social, social-history, platforms.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team. Sales are B2G and procurement-led, through a direct relationship and public tender process. No self-service or partner-delivery route identified.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor, with cloud database hosting used company-wide by the vendor. Certified under Spain’s ENS national public-sector security framework.
