Atlas Srl, an Italian registered start-up based in Sardinia, has developed AssoFacile continuously since 2015, with a large customer base of associations using the product.
Functionality
AssoFacile is a membership-first compliance platform covering the full administrative life of an Italian association, sports club, or ETS, built specifically around Italian association-sector rules rather than adapted from a generic CRM. Online enrolment supports QR-code sign-up and pre-filled admission letters, medical-certificate and document expiry are tracked with proactive alerts, a member-facing app handles digital cards and fee status, and an integrated payment processor manages one-off and recurring fees. Full accounting produces ETS/RUNTS-format financial statements, and higher tiers add digital statutory registers, cost centres, a volunteer register, and 5×1000 fundraising reporting.
Localised features
Membership-registration integrations with two national federations, CSEN and Anteas. Handles the L.398/91 sports tax regime, RUNTS reporting for Italy’s third-sector entity system, and SDI, Italy’s e-invoicing exchange system.
Implementation model
Self-service, with guided one-to-one onboarding available and a separate programme for partner accountants.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor in Italy, with daily backups.
