Akkarınca Yazılım, based in Istanbul, says its first association program was written in 2006 and was rebuilt as a web app in 2011. It’s a small generalist vendor that also sells unrelated small-business software lines, with a large number of associations using its Dernekler Masası product.
Functionality
Akkarınca Yazılım – “Dernekler Masası” is a member-management system for Turkish associations. Its member module records national-ID details, home and work addresses, photos, notes, and debts and payments. A member portal built into the association’s own website lets members update their details, register for events and pay dues by virtual POS. A bulk-SMS product sends messages under the association’s own sender name and handles Turkish characters, and an online survey tool sends links by email or SMS with automatic reminders to members who haven’t responded.

Implementation model
No implementation, onboarding, or training process of any kind is described; direct vendor contact is the most plausible route, though this is inferred rather than stated by the vendor.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor, rebuilt as a web-based application in 2011. Worth flagging: the vendor’s own website does not use SSL/HTTPS. A real concern for a system that handles national-ID member data.
