Multisoft AB, based in Stockholm, is a general-purpose Swedish low-code software house. Its Softadmin® platform underpins products across banking, real estate, manufacturing and healthcare, with named customers including Barncancerfonden, SPF Seniorerna, and the trade union IF Metall.
Functionality
Softadmin is a low-code platform that Multisoft configures into a bespoke charity/fundraising or membership system for each customer, rather than a fixed off-the-shelf product. It covers donor and member records, configurable recurring-donation agreements with automated billing and reminders, campaign and segment-based communications, and role-based permissions, alongside a member self-service portal. Lists throughout the system support grouping, bulk actions, inline editing and one-click Excel export, and the platform now includes ready-made Azure AI integration for building AI features into a customer’s configuration.
Localised features
Payment integrations for the fundraising product include Bankgiro, Plusgirot, SwedbankPay and DIBS, with Swish for membership, and Apsis and Mailchimp for email marketing.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by Multisoft in three stages: requirements specification, implementation and further development. The trade union IF Metall became a customer for the Softadmin Member build in November 2025.
Hosting
Vendor-hosted in Sweden or the EU, or self-hosted on-premises. Supports SSO, BankID and MFA login, with anonymisation, data-retention and subject-access export tools.
