Bitrix24

Organisation & background

Bitrix24 Inc., originally developed by Moscow-founded Bitrix and sold since 2012, is a general-purpose all-in-one business platform with active Polish-language marketing and support. It’s a large, widely-used platform overall, though it isn’t nonprofit-specific.

Functionality

Bitrix24 is a general-purpose CRM, task/project-management, communications and website-builder suite marketed to Polish NGOs primarily via its free unlimited-user plan, with no nonprofit-specific data model out of the box. Standard CRM entities (Leads, Contacts, Companies, Deals) can be extended with new custom record types via Smart Process Automation, not just extra fields. Multiple configurable pipelines support different use cases side by side, such as a donation funnel run separately from a volunteer-recruitment pipeline. An open API and webhooks connect to fundraising platforms, and AI features (call transcription, summaries, auto field-fill) arrive from the Professional tier upward.

Localised features

A Polish-language nonprofit landing page walks through a same-day CRM setup for a small stowarzyszenie, association. It has no fields for Poland’s OPP, public-benefit organisation, status and 1.5% tax-designation, no donation-receipt generation, and no BLIK-specific payment integration built in.

Implementation model

Self-service, with onboarding courses and documentation for the cloud and self-hosted editions.

Hosting

Vendor-hosted, or self-hosted on-premises with full source-code access.
