Platform records which technology a system is built on, whether that’s the platform itself or an app or partner build on top of it. It covers both the general and business platforms Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and open-source platforms CiviCRM and Odoo. Naming the platform lets you group different products together when they share the same underlying technology, so you can see, for example, the ecosystem running on Salesforce in one place. Only platforms with multiple listings are included.
