Functionality
myDonor is a fundraising and donor-relationship CRM suite marketed to Spanish nonprofits (ONG), with every product in the range sharing one database so organisations can move up without migrating data. Fundraising & CRM captures donations from bank receipts, cards and transfers, allocates gifts to projects or sponsorships, shows each donor’s full giving history and prints year-end receipts. Email and SMS campaigns are tracked at action, campaign and batch level, and dedicated records cover fundraising partners, companies, physical donation points and major donors. Separate Finanzas & Control and Análisis de Datos areas handle finance and analysis, including RFM scoring.
Localised features
Generates Modelo 182 donation-tax certificates and integrates with Sage ContaPlus Flex accounting.
Implementation model
Sold through direct relationships and demos rather than self-service.
