Functionality
Tietotoimisto.fi Jäsenrekisteri is a cloud member register for Finnish membership associations (yhdistys), including federations organised into districts and local associations. Each organisation defines its own baseline categories, such as member types, dues classes, committees and honours, and can add further custom fields and labels to the member card. The register includes member billing and invoicing, and members can view their own details.
Localised features
Produces member lists by member type or association, meeting the requirement in §11 of Finland’s Associations Act, Yhdistyslaki, to maintain a statutory member register. Hosted on servers in the Helsinki metro area.
