SoulAce is a CSR advisory and research firm founded in 2009, with offices in five Indian cities. The CSR Platform is one of its seven service lines.
Functionality
SoulAce CSR Platform is a grant and project-management platform that corporate CSR departments and foundations use to fund and monitor their NGO partners, from issuing a request for proposals and shortlisting NGOs, through milestone and budget tracking, to a final utilisation report. Partners submit real-time beneficiary data and geo-tagged photo evidence from the field, pre-built dashboards serve management and board audiences, and a standard due-diligence process assesses partners.
Localised features
Built around the corporate CSR relationships created by Section 135 of India’s Companies Act, with role-based access. Servers aren’t publicly exposed, VPN access requires two-factor authentication, traffic passes through a web application firewall, and regular vulnerability assessment and penetration testing is carried out.
Implementation model
Delivered and customised in-house by SoulAce’s own IT team, starting from a demo request.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor, hosted on AWS.
