Registratiesysteem DAS

Organisation & background

DA Systems B.V., based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, was incorporated in 2013, with the DAS product itself originating in 2012 from Dutch welfare-work practice. It’s a small, founder-operated, single-country, single-vertical vendor serving Dutch social work, welfare and youth-work organisations.

Functionality

Registratiesysteem DAS is a registration and case-recording system for Dutch social work, welfare and youth work, covering individual client trajectories, group activities and neighbourhood outreach. It is used by support and coaching services, municipal social-domain departments, volunteer and informal-care support, and elderly support work. Nine modules cover trajectories, activities, neighbourhoods, partner organisations, a logbook, client satisfaction, email, reports and a mobile app, and each team sets up its own definitions and lists within them. Effect measurement is built in, dashboards are unlimited, and a Positive Health questionnaire is integrated.

Localised features

Uses Positive Health, Positieve Gezondheid, questionnaires through a partnership with the Institute for Positive Health, and is set up for Dutch municipal social-domain reporting. Volunteer and professional accounts are handled separately.

Implementation model

Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: A three-step wishes–configuration–registration cycle run by DA Systems itself, repeated at least twice per deployment.

Hosting

Cloud-hosted by the vendor.
