Arts People was founded in 2003 in Portland, Oregon, and was acquired by Neon One, based in Chicago, in 2019, joining Neon CRM in the Neon One family.
Functionality
Arts People is a box-office-workflow ticketing and CRM platform for performing-arts organisations, supporting online and in-person sales from shared inventory. Shows carry configurable Person Types and custom patron questions, season/subscription/flex/honorary passes are supported, and native donation tracking creates a ticket-buyer-donor segment, with deeper fundraising tools (donation forms, peer-to-peer) available by pairing with Neon CRM.

Implementation model
You can set it up yourself, or have the vendor set it up for you. A self-implementation option exists alongside vendor-supported onboarding and a structured Academy training library.
