Functionality
vzwOnline is a cloud administrative back office for Belgian associations, clubs and federations, with membership, events, bookkeeping and a website sharing one contact database. Contacts are assigned to groups automatically, prices follow configurable formulas, and renewals and reminders run automatically. Events cover planning, online and staff registration, and PDF payment requests, and bookkeeping to Belgian association rules books income from memberships and events automatically. The website shows content by group and generates sign-up forms, and gifts, payments and email campaigns use the same data.
