Organisation & background
OHME is a product of OneHeart Communication, based in France. It targets a broad span of French nonprofit sub-sectors on one shared platform.
Functionality
OHME is a CRM built specifically for the French nonprofit sector, run as a hub-and-spoke model: contact and relationship management is native, while payment, accounting and emailing are deliberately left to connected partner tools. Four core linked record types (Contacts, Structures, Paiements, Interactions) can each be held in unlimited quantity on paid plans, and Segments and auto-syncing Segment-listes drive donor lifecycle communication. Granular section, action and row-level permission profiles come with an audit trail, and automated fiscal-receipt generation ties to the Paiement record. Espace Membre, a newer self-service member portal with a peer directory, and a large in-house-built integration ecosystem plus Zapier round it out.
Localised features
Automated French fiscal-receipt, reçu fiscal, generation and dispatch, with a native ‘Export XML SEPA’ tool generating monthly SEPA, the European standard for direct debits and bank transfers, direct-debit files. Integrates with French payment and donation platforms, HelloAsso, GiveXpert, and iRaiser, and French accounting tools, Pennylane and Bleez.
Implementation model
Self-service: Strong optional paid vendor support. Deployment packs, training and a managed import service.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor.
