Organisation & background
Octane Nordic AB, based in Stockholm, has built this platform since 2017 with nonprofit customers. It’s self-funded and reports low customer churn.
Functionality
Octany is a Swedish payments-and-fundraising platform that lets nonprofits collect and manage donations, memberships, and merchandise sales through one system, built around Sweden’s main payment methods. It handles one-off and recurring gifts via Swish, Autogiro, card and invoice, plus campaign pages with live donation totals, a merchandise shop, corporate-giving packages, and occasion-based digital gift letters. A lightweight built-in CRM sits alongside the payments layer, giving each organisation custom donor fields, revenue reporting for finance teams, and a documented API for further integration.
