ngoCRM

Organisation & background

itDesk Sp. z o.o., based in Poland, describes ngoCRM as a proprietary base product it can freely modify for individual customers (positioning it between an off-the-shelf and a bespoke build).

Functionality

ngoCRM is a donor and beneficiary management system for Polish foundations and associations, offered as a standard version and as a dedicated version the vendor adapts for each customer. Each beneficiary has a profile holding their running balance, transactions, case status, personal details, donor contacts and related projects. A beneficiary self-service portal lets beneficiaries check funds collected and expenses incurred, and contact staff. The dedicated version adds online donations through the organisation’s website and giving via social-media platforms.

Localised features

A beneficiary self-service portal login uses email and surname, with PESEL, Poland’s national ID number, as the first-login password. A concrete but weak default credential.

Implementation model

You can set it up yourself using the 14-day free trial, which covers the standard version. A dedicated, custom-configured version requires a direct scoping conversation with the vendor.

Hosting

Cloud-hosted by the vendor as a web application.
