Membook is a 2015 rebuild, from a blank slate, of an earlier 2005 predecessor product, Nekkari, by the same founding team. Named customers include Helsingin Seudun Automobiiliklubi and Suomen ajoneuvohistoriallinen keskusliitto.
Functionality
Membook is a Finnish member-register, invoicing and communication platform designed around the individual member: members can register themselves and view or edit their details across every association that uses Membook with one login. Custom fields feed an automatically generated join form, and dues invoicing runs automatically once set up, with weekly settlements to the association’s bank account and automatic payment tracking. Access rights can be assigned per member record, and bulk email, Excel export and a Procountor accounting integration are included. A mobile app offers messaging, an electronic member card and member benefits.
Localised features
Integrates with the Finnish cloud accounting system Finago Procountor through its integration store.
