Functionality
Kolay Dernek is a web-based dues, debt and member-tracking system for Turkish associations, federations, foundations, chambers and sports clubs, marketed on its simplicity. Members can be imported from Excel and grouped, and the system produces the attendance roll for general assemblies. Dues are posted to many members in one action, late-payment interest is calculated automatically, and accounting covers income, expenses, current accounts and transfers between cash accounts. Staff administration handles pay and leave, bulk SMS includes payment-reminder templates, and dues can also be collected online by card.
Localised features
Generates a Hazirun Listesi, the quorum and attendance roll Turkish association law requires, and automates late-payment interest reflecting standard Turkish association bylaw practice.

Self-service with no contract, and one hour of phone support and one hour of product training included.
