DONMAN

Organisation & background

DONMAN is developed in-house by KünzlerBachmann Directmarketing AG, based in St. Gallen, Switzerland. A direct-marketing and data agency tracing its roots to 1912, merged with Schober Information Group in 2021. It’s part of the wider kbDATA data-services group.

Functionality

DONMAN is a fundraising CRM from the Swiss direct-marketing and data agency KünzlerBachmann, covering donor administration, campaign management and sponsorship contracts for large donor databases. It links directly to the vendor’s kbCONSUMER consumer-marketing database, so organisations can verify and enrich donor records from within DONMAN. Analysis tools include OLAP-based target-group selection, RFMR reporting on recency, frequency, value and response, and a ‘remaining potential’ donor score, and regular giving is managed in the system.
