Organisation & background
DIVINESOFT, based in Hanam, South Korea, has a large installed base of churches using the product.
Functionality
Divine Church Management is a Korean church-administration platform covering membership, offerings and finance, attendance, pastoral care and visits, reporting and mobile access, offered as a hosted web version or installed software. The web version separates screens by permission, restricts finance to authorised staff and isolates each church’s data with backups, with department-manager permissions, a senior-pastor statistics view, a shared calendar, a five-generation family tree and tools for finding members at risk of drifting away. The installed version keeps encrypted member data on the church’s own computer, and the vendor helps churches move from installed to web.
Localised features
A referral programme extends both churches’ service period when a referral is made.
Implementation model
Self-service or vendor-assisted: churches sign up for the web version online or download the installed version, and DIVINESOFT offers one-to-one consultation and a structured migration from the installed version to the web version.
Hosting
You can choose: vendor-hosted (SaaS) or self-hosted. The web version is vendor-hosted with centralised backup, while the installed version runs entirely on the church’s own PC.
