Functionality
Consio is a membership-administration platform built for larger organisations, unions and associations (forening), covering member records, invoicing, governance and communications, with bespoke adaptation available for organisations with special requirements. Its core modules include a member register, a self-service sign-up flow and My Page member portal, order/invoicing, board and office-holder tracking, a metrics dashboard, and email/SMS communication. Optional add-ons cover newsletters, a member magazine, a benefits programme, gamified member recruitment, and donor/fundraising collection. A distinct trade-union toolkit covers employer structure, tariff administration, an employer portal, and payroll-deduction lists.
Localised features
Supports Norwegian payment methods: KID/OCR invoice references, AvtaleGiro, eFaktura and EHF, Norway’s e-invoicing format, with card processing through Worldline or Nets Easy. Includes an employer portal for union tariffs and wage-deduction lists (trekklister), and a standard data-processing agreement with GDPR consent tools.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team. User accounts and support-portal access are created by Team Data itself on request, rather than through self-registration. The relationship is positioned as a multi-year collaboration, rather than a fixed one-off build.
