Webcm

Organisation & background

Webcm is built by Ancom Communication Co., Ltd., a South Korean CMS vendor that partners directly with NICE Payments for card-based collection.

Functionality

Webcm is a Korean web platform for nonprofits collecting recurring donations or dues by automatic bank debit or recurring card payment through Korea’s CMS system, combined with member and branch administration. Donors are charged on a date they choose, and organisations generate and cancel CMS payment-instruction files themselves. Members can sign up on mobile with digital consent forms, custom classification fields support multi-level search and bulk editing, and branches and sub-organisations can be managed. Electronic donation receipts are issued, and donor data links to the national year-end tax-settlement system.

Localised features

Direct linkage to the National Tax Service’s year-end tax-settlement automation system supports donor income-deduction documentation. Electronic donation-receipt issuance is built in, alongside Kakao AlimTalk notification sending and card-based CMS via a NICE Payments partnership.

Implementation model

Delivered by a third-party partner: Card-based CMS applies through document submission alone; organisations under one year old must also obtain surety/guarantee insurance.

Hosting

Cloud-hosted by the vendor. Logins from unrecognised IP addresses require a verification code sent to a mobile phone.
