Organisation & background
Trackmob Soluções Digitais S.A., based in São Paulo, was founded in 2013 by Jonas Araújo with early backing from Papaya Ventures. It has no acquisition history, and is a paying sustaining-partner of ABCR, Brazil’s national fundraising-professionals association.
Functionality
Trackmob is a suite of integrated fundraising products for Brazilian nonprofits (ONG). Its CRM, Guará, holds each donor’s contact details, giving history and interactions, with segmentation and automated SMS, WhatsApp and email journeys. Donation pages, a Face to Face mobile app for street and event recruitment, and a contact-centre tool for phone and WhatsApp outreach all feed the same donor record. A donor portal lets supporters manage their own giving, a billing engine called Collect automates recurring collections, and a direct-mail service is available. An API connects other systems, and dashboards track giving trends and donor value.
Localised features
Supports boleto and Central Bank-regulated Pix Automático recurring-donation collection, alongside card and account-debit payments. Includes WhatsApp Business Platform template-approved messaging, and a dated, contractual LGPD, Brazil’s data-protection law, data-processing addendum covering breach notification and data-subject rights. Hosting location and formal security certification aren’t named.
Implementation model
Self-service: A structured five-station onboarding programme with vendor support, rather than a mandatory consultant-led model; some ongoing account-management touchpoints reported.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor.
