GrowthZone AMS

Organisation & background

GrowthZone began in 1996 as MicroNet, Inc. in Nisswa, Minnesota, whose first product was ChamberMaster for chambers of commerce. It still sells and supports ChamberMaster and MemberZone alongside GrowthZone, and acquired BuilderFusion in 2017 and MemberSuite in 2023.

Functionality

GrowthZone AMS is association management software for chambers of commerce and trade and professional associations. Contact records hold members, organisations, billing details and communication history, with membership types and recurring or one-off fees managed from the profile. It includes integrated card payments, email communications, and event management with Zoom and GoToWebinar. Further modules add multi-level chapters, forms and surveys, pledge-based fundraising, a password-protected member portal, a public business directory and a job board, and members can use a free mobile app. Engagement scoring highlights engaged and at-risk members, and editions serve real estate and other sectors.

Localised features

Named US real-estate-industry integrations, including NAHB, the US home-builders’ association, NRDS, a US real-estate industry data system, Matrix MLS, the US real-estate listing system, and Supra, reflect its use by realtor and chamber associations.
