Organisation & background
Xapti was founded from a 2015-16 predecessor, CRM Node, renamed Xapti in 2017 and spun out as an independent social enterprise in 2021. It’s based in Utrecht, and has been an official IT partner of Goede Doelen Nederland since 2025.
Functionality
Xapti is a relationship-management CRM for smaller Dutch stichtingen/verenigingen, built around an explicit ‘Human to Human’ (H2H) data model letting one person hold several roles (donor, member, volunteer, staff) simultaneously. It includes embedded Mailjet email marketing, pre-built donor-journey workflow automation, reusable ‘selection building block’ segmentation, deduplication, task lists and shared calendars, journal-entry bookkeeping reconciliation, and a REST API with Zapier connectivity included as standard across all pricing tiers.
Localised features
SEPA, the European standard for direct debits and bank transfers, compliant CAMT/MT940/PAIN Dutch banking-file support works with all standard Dutch banks. TransIP, Dutch, hosting is stated AVG, the Dutch name for GDPR, compliant, with ISO-certified hosting, specific standard unstated. The interface is Dutch-language only, with named integrations to WhyDonate, iRaiser, and Facebook/Google Forms.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: A joint configuration exercise with the customer; Xapti states it does not generally offer bespoke custom development, preferring standard configuration.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor, hosted with TransIP in the Netherlands/EU.
