Organisation & background
Winorg is a Norwegian vendor for associations, federations and fundraising organisations. It’s offered in two named editions, Winorg Express and Winorg Total, indicating a tiered rather than single fixed product.
Functionality
Winorg is a Norwegian system for associations, federations, trade unions and fundraising organisations, combining member administration, dues, donor administration and communications, with billing handled inside the system rather than a separate finance package. Insurance administration, a common trade-union member benefit, is built in. County and local chapters get access based on the offices people hold, with a dashboard, reports and bulk messaging. Case handling runs through an integration with Invo, a Norwegian case-and-archive system, and the Winorg Frivillighet module, built with Mobilise, lists each chapter’s volunteers, though sign-up can still run through Mobilise.
Localised features
Integrates with Waytobill, a Nordic recurring-payments provider, and with Vipps Faste Betalinger, Vipps recurring payments, for automatic annual dues collection. Payroll-deducted union dues run through Trekksentralen, the shared platform connecting employers and trade unions for wage-deduction reporting. Members log in with Vipps or a one-time code, and GDPR consent and reservation management is built into the member portal.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team. Named customers describe it as being in constant development, with new capability arriving without the customer having to request it. This is consistent with an actively managed SaaS relationship.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor.
