Functionality
VBO Tickets is a ticketing platform for performing-arts venues, colleges, museums and festivals that combines ticketing, point of sale, CRM and reporting, subscriptions, marketing and fundraising, with the whole checkout embedded on the organisation’s own website. A Seatmap Builder handles custom venue layouts, including curved rows and assigned seating, and timed ticketing controls entry windows. Abandoned-cart recovery, ticketless entry and virtual queues are also included.
Localised features
Automatically emails a thank-you letter and donation receipt including the organisation’s tax ID, EIN, the US Employer Identification Number, upon each donation, and also supports employer matching-gift donations.
Implementation model
Self-service clients can go live within hours, while complex venues with several seat maps take 2 to 4 weeks with a training team, under VBO’s Velocity Framework.
